Founder and President since July 1999 National Association Citizens On Patrol, www.nacop.org, a national non-profit corporation  to support, increase the use of and provide recognition for Citizen Patrol volunteers, units & coordinators throughout the nation. 2008 founded & implemented “COPS for the Troops Kids” program, www.troopskids.org

Successful 22 year sales and marketing career in the Information Technology sector from 1981 – 2003 working for companies such as Cisco Systems, SAIC, Microsoft, Etc.
