Pricing is based on a monthly subscription fee, month to month basis unless you select a discount plan for advanced payment.

1 to 25 registered users/volunteers = $24.00 per month

26 to 50 registered users/volunteers = $29.00 per month

51 to 75 registered users/volunteers = $34.00 per month

76 to 100 registered users/volunteers = $39.00 per month

101 to 150 registered users/volunteers = $44.00 per month

151 to 200 registered users/volunteers = $49.00 per month

201 to 250 registered users/volunteers = $55.00 per month

251 to 300 registered users/volunteers = $60.00 per month

301 to 350 registered users/volunteers = $65.00 per month

351 to 400 registered users/volunteers = $70.00 per month

401 to 450 registered users/volunteers = $75.00 per month

451 to 500 registered users/volunteers = $80.00 per month

For agencies who plan on having more than 500 registered volunteer users on a VIMS system, please call for special pricing.

Multi-Station version of VIMS starts at $34.00 a month. To calculate the monthly fee simply add $10.00 a month to any of the above fee ranges. The VIMS Multi-Station version allows agencies to have a seperate user registration page for various units and/or stations. Contact us for more information regarding this version.
